Crime resurfaces

Serious incidents have once again returned to the south of the country. While the situation had begun to calm down, [?] kombe[?] and a[?] ndo[?]e rreshtin, the violent and equally serious events have once again created an atmosphere of insecurity. They have become men[?]ud[?] and unprecedented from the material, that “power” which for a writer can be perceived with awareness. The central authorities will now act with greater caution regarding the situation and be in a position to take measures. The news coming from Vlorë is that the police have carried out extensive operations and have arrested 7 people. In the early hours of the morning, in Vlorë, seven people were arrested who had been involved in murders, kidnappings and other criminal acts. During the night in Tepelenë, a target was blown up with Kalashnikov fire and masked persons reappeared. These events have raised concern in the government and prompted a response from Minister Ceka, who described it as “primitive revenge by criminals.”
