Truck turnings

BY ISAK ÇERROK ÇUPI The absurdity of public service is twofold: What are the duties and the consequences? [?] I find it difficult to say that the barrier in front of the Ministry of the Interior should be removed. Cars and buses are stopped there, while there are also guards who raise the barrier automatically, as they have done for years in other ministries as well. To laugh at that line of cars waiting one after another is more than a solution; it is a claim to belated modernity. In other words, today this kind of imposed right is present everywhere, so movement is not completely forbidden. The same is true of the bend in the former block. They arrive, they go through all the turns one by one, and since not everyone knows the rules, trouble erupts. I am out of place in this lineup of contradiction, but each one goes on according to his own boss. I am not saying that Tirana’s traffic police are completely burned out or are often caught up in unlawful work, but it cannot be hidden that traffic has become a distortion. Today people[?] are waiting to see with whom the new autobahn will break through, who is conducting an urban experiment. There are no sidewalks, the pavements are occupied, traffic has no room, the roads have become like patches. The citizen wanders around like someone lost in a city not yet open to order. Because of smuggling, the government, despite anti-corruption efforts, has not managed to calm goods transport either. All these are everyday proofs. Dangerous for the driver, but also for the pedestrian. Today the turn is present not as a solution, but as an obstacle. If the traffic police and public services do not return to duty, Tirana will remain a city of endless turns. And the citizen will always be put to the test. nig ë gaxia dite jifn[?] pas koke
