Changes are important issues in the moral document of any government. Even more must be taken into account the situation and the problems of the country, where there has been unrest and there is a great deal of fear among Albanians of every move by the government. Nano’s meeting with the trade unions has come amid the fading of the political dialogue that was first declared and presented as such in the relations between the two sides. Nano felt the uncomfortable situation of mid-April; now, despite the cheerful appearances, it is a deep hole. Recently he has been using some more explicit terms from the time of transition and of order. This was heard at least once in his latest statements. A personality whom he has compared with some of the country’s most emblematic political figures has also described him as a cultured and shy man who, when pushed into a corner, unblocks and speaks plainly. Bejni Celo was unclear and completely dismissed a viewpoint that would move him forward. It was clear that he was making up people by not understanding or underestimating them. At the very least, the main opposition, and even the ranks of the PD, he had as his main issue a deep failure of reforms. At the very least, the failures inherited from the past and the internal inability to act show that he cannot embrace everything that has to do with change. He is moving from an inexplicable zone toward a difficult part of the future. Nano assessed that he was showing that in politics deadlines and guarantees have a strange way of maturing. This has been done with the help of people and the way he treated them. He may risk falling into another solution, into failure or into a battle he did not win. Leaving the government, under unclear circumstances, leaves some signs without clarity, filled with conjecture, and here the question arises as to how far he was a man of the system, or a man who had to wait for the course of events from afar. Asked today about the reason for his departure, he gave a series of versions. Apparently, the story remains open.
