Two Islamic terrorists arrested
They are suspected of being linked to the surveillance of the American Embassy
The Police Directorate stated yesterday that a 37-year-old man from Syria, Adel Abdallhove, has been arrested in the capital on charges of usurpation of functions, with a forged Kosovar identity card and for surveillance of the American Embassy. It is understood that the arrested man was detained after being under surveillance for some time. According to the police, the 37-year-old from Syria had placed a listening device near the walls of the American Embassy. After his statements to the police, on the order of the prosecutor’s office, another Syrian citizen, Bashir Alalullhove, was also taken into custody on the same charge. The two foreign nationals had carefully monitored the movements of the diplomats and employees of the American Embassy, hiding under the guise of traders. The file also includes the names of two other people with possible links. The authorities are investigating whether the two Syrians have ties to Islamic terrorist networks.

As for Britain, we are ready to play our part. We know this may also involve sending British troops to the region. (Continues on page 7)
