A Bulgarian model for Albanian politics

DIPLOMATICUS On the eve of the European Union summit, in the month of Helsinki on 10-11 December, Bulgaria's Prime Minister Kostov held a meeting with the chairman of the Bulgarian Socialist Party in opposition, Georgi Pärvanov. The meeting, carried out in cooperation between the prime minister and the opposition from the position he held as a member of the governing party, according to European Union standards, was successful in character. That same day, Prime Minister Meta submitted to parliament the draft European policies with the statement that they objectively and accurately reflected the efforts of the government of the time. That same day, the chairman of the Democratic Party, Berisha, came out with a harsh speech, but in a completely different tone, and on that same day in parliament the chairman of the PSD, Sali Berisha, repeated not only his disapproval of European policy, but his opposition to it. By calling the entire opposition voice to his positions, Berisha essentially showed that he continues to be such, despite the fact that the model of governance in the country has changed. In all the former countries of Eastern Europe, including our country, politics has passed, or is in the phase of passing, from the German model, partly based on the liberal world, to the Spanish one based on consensus on certain issues. Albanian politics still belongs entirely to the former. Although this article is devoted only to one member of the opposition, Mr. Berisha, it is not excessive to look closely also at the opinions of several well-known Albanian political figures. It was Haxhi Lleshi who once called Berisha “the champion of peace,” but the question that arises is why this epithet is being attached to him. Is this a sign that today's Albanian politics does not need calming? Is this a sign that only he can put on the opposition spectacle? The answers are complex and relate to the fact that he plays a special role in public debate. In any case, the Bulgarian model presents itself as a more mature possibility for Albanian politics.

Prostitutes work in Vlorë

White-slave traffic, trafficking no longer attracts the existence of a prostitution spot, which initially seems to have taken on unacceptable dimensions, is noted in Albania, but throughout the peninsula. Not only in Albania, but also in other countries, they now work also because of the crisis in the trafficking of human beings. Thus, as it is understood, by the seaside, where prostitution with names has previously flourished, they are now also working in sex. page 11
