GAVROSH LEVONJA During these last few days, in his meetings with various citizens and with local opposition leaders, Berisha has been denouncing and mocking the government that has brought about a severe crisis, insecurity, and new killings (!). From a middling position, the classic language of the top leader of the individual(?) has erupted and, always placing a ridiculous and provocative “label,” has baptized the government with the name “Mepo” (that was, after all, a progressive word play). However, this time was the last one; the importance of the argument(?) used by Berisha to “kill” the government really lies (?) with the Minister of Finance. For this he has accused the Minister of Finance, and the government as a whole, especially regarding the non-payment of VAT. To support this accusation, the eggs circulate, before the former government appointed as its successors mainly specialists of fiscal industry(?) it continued the old policy of anarchy. This policy, in use, has brought the situation to such a state that, for understandable reasons, no one can know with certainty how much is owed by each electricity subscriber. The incomes of this people can no longer cover even the electricity payments, let alone this people’s future incomes. Taking into account the overall situation of the state and the fiscal circumstances in the country, we should spare no one from responsibility for bad work and administrative incompetence, and especially for the lack of people in the administration to cope with the new tasks. That is why in all serious countries the Minister of Finance bears direct responsibility for fiscal policy and for the result it produces.
