The chief administrator of the movements declares that their aspiration has been for the idea of the 35-year-old to be cultivated; Albanians will bring the elections back another time. If this is true, the surfaces will liquidate the elections as far as moral adjustment is concerned. To vote is a very old argument. 12 million lek have been counted in our 20-, 28-, 29-year-old state; the only illegal things are bargain, display of assets, endless promises in millions of USD, without voices. Bargain and slander or assets are the conclusion of a person's mood. We have continually been under the sign of voting, but apparently we have lost what can be called the people's will. This is a poor adaptation to the times, especially when in a country like ours the big question is still what will remain after all this. In a long transition, where words have become stronger than programs, citizens expect something more concrete than rhetoric. (continues on page 8)
