Election house? Yes, a few days ago a threat was made to kill him if he continued to work with Fejzo. The threat was repeated yesterday as well. The threatened man's wife said that yesterday an armed man came to their home. According to her, he took their 4-year-old son, placed him in his wife's arms, and said: “Get away from Fejzo, otherwise…”.
Muça is the head of the election headquarters of the independent candidate for deputy in Vlorë, Vladimir Fejzo. He stated firmly that he would continue working with the independent candidate. “I know very well what war and dynamite are. After the war in Vlorë, it seems my opponents have started theirs.”
At his kiosk near “flamuri”, where he also sells vegetables and seasonal fruit, a man came and addressed his son and wife, ordering him to go there. This worsened the situation, and as the threatened relatives report it, he said he “would defend his family with blood, if necessary to hide”.
On Monday the fourth, representatives of the CEC and the districts of the county met. The objections of independent candidate Vladimir Fejzo were reviewed. His objections regarding the registration of the lists were rejected. A comparison was made with another CEC decision concerning the ban on registering independent candidates. According to him, “in all other places even when there has been a change they have been registered”.
Today the CEC issued its position and decided not to change the decision. The matter, according to Fejzo’s election headquarters representative, will be taken to court.
In recent days in Vlorë there have been several small explosions and kiosks have also been attacked. This has increased tensions. Yesterday around 12 o’clock, two more kiosks were attacked. The attack came from unknown persons. Threats with dynamite are being used to exert political pressure.
