BY - FERDINAND XHAFERRI PD DEPUTY The elections are approaching the finish line, accompanied by a rustle of files that still do not allow them to be present in the official campaign for the local elections. The provocative Albanian way in which the elections are being handled by the very local chief administrator, wounded by the European Community, further increases a particular skepticism. When the prime minister left the scene wisely from the OSCE and the electoral body moved calmly before the cameras with the praise of the USA and the regional department, without any loud decisions. The aims in the elections are devalued down to entirely irregular respects, of which the localized problem is also a key issue. Party obstruction, the presumption and integration for acts, has been an arresting blockage in a non-punishment that has been very consolidated in the variability of the electoral process. Then came the distortion in the counting of voters and the spread of acts of manipulation in voting, being present in all areas with sensitivities and conjunctures with Kosovo, with the killing of the 4 issues of Mirdita and Krastonovimi. The importance of Albania on two levels has gone beyond even into geopolitical reasoning with the democracies for a Serbian policy that exploits the particular inertia of Euro-American decision-making. Albania’s involvement in specific tensions is accelerating. It is understandable that Kosovo is a priority, but the shifted voice later, being overall heavy with a narrow condition for a solution.
