WHO ARE THE CHAIRS THE KOLLUKS WORRY ABOUT?
The people will decide, regardless of the noise made by those who do not want to lose their privileges. The time has come for right and wrong, good and evil, democracy and violence to be finally separated. To say that preserving Albania means preserving the old order is a great deception. Above all, the free will of the citizens must prevail.
Today they are trying to frighten and deceive the people with grand words and empty accusations. But those who have impoverished the country and brought it to crisis cannot present themselves as saviors. Albania needs real change, democratic institutions, and respect for fundamental freedoms.
Those who defend their own chairs are afraid of the free vote. They are afraid of responsibility and of the political verdict that democracy brings. But the people are wiser than propaganda. They know who has harmed the country and who seeks to pull it out of misery.
Therefore the struggle for democracy is a struggle for dignity, for the future of our children, for a European Albania. The age of privileges is ending. The future belongs to the citizens, not to those who have held this country hostage.

On the draft law "On the flag,
the coat of arms
and the capital
of the Republic of Albania"
Starting from the fact that today’s Albanian state, together with its new state symbol, also has the historical national flag, not only as political and non-historical consequences or definitions, but above all to restore the function of this symbol as an expression of the continuity of the Albanian state. The red national flag with the black double-headed eagle has been and remains the symbol of the Albanian state. In accordance with Article 14 of the main constitutional provisions of the Republic of Albania, the capital of the Republic of Albania is Tirana.
