NUSHI AND OTHERS
THE DISTORTION AND DAMAGE OF THE DEMOCRATIC[?]
In our country, dedication to, development of, and experience of democratic processes is built on the foundations of a high human and social morality. On 12 April 1992, at the conclusion of the elections, our people clearly expressed their will for change and for building a new democratic life. This requires responsibility, calm, and respect for the law from everyone.
In preparing this work, there are also phenomena of distortion, misunderstanding, and haste. Therefore, it is necessary for everyone to observe civic norms and not harm the democratic processes under way.
