THE PS IN A FRONTAL ATTACK, HOW ARE WE RESPONDING?

STATEMENT OF THE ALBANIAN CENTRAL PRESIDENCY On 30 May 1992, the election headquarters of the Municipality of Shkodër suffered a heavy blow. According to a prearranged scenario, at a meeting of the municipal council, representatives of the left-wing forces created a conflict situation. Their aim was to block the work of the administration and prevent the normal functioning of the local institution. In its response, the Socialist Party has launched a campaign of slander and unfounded accusations against Democratic representatives. According to the statement, the aim of this campaign is to discredit the local government that emerged from the pluralist elections and create a climate of insecurity in public opinion. The statement stresses that the democratic forces will not fall prey to provocations and will continue to respect the law and the institutions. It calls on citizens to remain calm and not to fall prey to political manipulation. The statement also condemns attempts to revive old practices of political pressure and to intimidate the local administration. These actions, the text says, undermine the spirit of free elections and political pluralism in the country. In conclusion, the Central Presidency calls on all democratic structures to remain vigilant and firmly defend the institutions that emerged from the free vote. (Continues on page 2)

THE NUMBER OF ENTERPRISES EXPECTED TO RESTART WORK

As expected, the difficult economic situation has created the need for immediate measures in several branches of industry. The relevant ministry has drawn up a recovery program aimed at restarting work in several production enterprises. According to official sources, several factories and workshops are expected to be back in operation in the coming weeks. Priority will be given to enterprises with export potential and those that provide jobs for a large number of workers. Experts believe that this initiative will help ease unemployment and increase domestic production. At the same time, possibilities for investment and for the supply of raw materials will be examined. Officials stress that the resumption of work will be accompanied by stricter financial control and administrative reorganization, so that enterprises can operate on more stable foundations. The north and the south of one point!

- ZP, a plague of rows[?] Kranior. - The destroyer and the shadow of Gjollë's bravery at ZP. 800 kilometers of north-south watch line, a rather indifferent failure of the zones, all in mid-Kosovo. Oh unwillingly, the unclear center of peoples and of the other. That this space has not been given as divided has brought a long human anxiety. If geography has marked this space as a bridge of communication, history has often turned it into a dividing border. The north and the south, at first glance, seem to speak different languages, but in reality they carry the same historical fate. One side experiences isolation, the other experiences the uncertainties of transition. Both parts seek a meeting point, a common language of citizenship and development. From this perspective, the problem is not only economic or administrative, but above all cultural and moral. Without a sense of national solidarity, the gap between north and south may deepen even further. Albania in recent years needs a bridge, not a gap; understanding, not labeling. Only in this way can a shared future be built. VANGJEL KOLEVCA
