On the personality of OSKAR LUXHI SKALAROS To this day, valuable notes on the life and work of Oskar Skalaros have reached us. He was a well-known figure in the cultural and democratic movement. From documents from the last years of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, it emerges that he played a role in cultural and social rapprochement. In 1939 he was interned in Ventotene together with many other anti-fascists. In 1945 he returned to his homeland and continued his activity. In 1974 he died at an advanced age, leaving behind a respected name in public and scientific life. (ATSH)

Genocide policy and ABUSES OF THE TREASURY (Based on a conversation with the President of the investigative group into the case of the killing and massacre of the 26 victims in the Zall of Krraba) These abuses were not accidental. They are linked to the practice of a regime that used terror and institutional misuse to hold on to power. Payments, fund transfers and the concealment of documents have been mentioned. According to testimony, some of the materials have disappeared or been kept away from the investigation. It was said that in 1976 and 1978 actions were carried out that seriously harmed the public interest and involved former high-ranking officials. DIK ÇEND AND COLIN PAUJL WERE DECORATED MESSAGES TO THE MINISTER OF DEFENSE OF ALBANIA AND THE ARMY During the visit to the USA, the Albanian defense minister held meetings with senior military officials. The talks discussed bilateral cooperation and the needs of the Albanian army. The determination of the Albanian government to carry out reforms in the armed forces and to pursue a Euro-Atlantic orientation was praised.
