Mr. NANO warns of a parliamentary CRISIS?!

The situation is getting to the point where our country needs a technocratic government.
In an interview with the press, Fatos Nano has let it be understood that the political situation is heading toward a parliamentary crisis. He has said that the recent tensions and the inability to find a compromise could lead the country to early elections.
According to him, the opposition and the majority should think about a solution that serves the country's stability.

100 thousand USA dollars free, from China
Recently, on 10 December 1992, the delegation of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Tirana exchanged signatures with M. O. H. for the handover of medical supplies arrived from China.
The main purpose of this gift, which amounts to 100 thousand USA dollars, is aid for our hospitals.
The Chinese delegation led by Mr. [...] expressed the wish that cooperation would expand in the future.

INSTEAD OF A GREETING...
Yesterday, 900 ninth-grade students from the district of Vlorë demonstrated for several hours in front of the prefecture of this city, demanding that the price of the bus season ticket be halved. The reason for this protest was a decision by the municipal council according to which all students of secondary and eight-year schools had to pay more for the bus fare. Last year, during the first months of the democratic movement, the ticket was free.
However, while rightly demanding relief for students, some organizations are learning to protest in ways that are not very democratic. Yesterday, in front of the prefecture of Vlorë, the crowd of students insulted the head of the prefecture for nearly three hours with a vulgar chant. From the loudspeaker of a car, obscene insults could be heard. These primitive forms do not help their protest.
Albanians, in fact, have many reasons to protest. But protest must not be turned into verbal violence and pressure on institutions. Protest is a democratic right, but also a civic responsibility.
If there is a greeting for this gesture, it concerns the students' civic awareness; but for the way they behaved in front of the institution, there can be nothing but a criticism.

Achievement will not be covered shut in darkness of confusion
At least the noise had the comforting effect of calming things down a bit, of silencing the bursts of automatic weapons. If many questions remained unanswered, peace more or less began to be found.
But the 9 members of the commando group did not appear again. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. This time the impression was created that something even more serious had occurred, a step backward. Not only in Tirana, but throughout the country, a strange psychosis began to take shape. Everywhere unverified news was spreading. In cafés, in the street, in offices, on the phone, people were talking about arrests, attacks, disappearances, revenge.
