BLUFF OR STRATEGY?
"ZP" talks nonsense about blockage, accuses others of the unblocking
Yesterday's "ZP", throughout its entire article, made it clear that the Socialist Party and its allies do not want a solution, but a blockade. They have rejected proposals for an institutional compromise and have demanded that the country remain without a political way out. Instead of accepting the rules of the democratic game, they chose the tactics of boycott, pressure, and slander. This is an old strategy to hinder stability and reforms.
On the other hand, when it comes to unblocking, these very same people try to shift the blame onto their opponent. The public clearly understands who has an interest in tension and who has an interest in the normal functioning of the state. Albania cannot be held hostage by narrow party calculations. The country needs orderly elections, functioning institutions, and political responsibility.

TURKEY ALWAYS SUPPORTS ALBANIA
Singapore: the UN embargo against Serbia is in danger. On 18 February, the chief of the general staff, Admiral Gjihadi Akar, stated that Turkey would continue to strengthen bilateral ties with Albania. He made this statement before the departure for Tirana of a Turkish military mission headed by Brigadier General Mehmet Evren. The mission will examine the possibilities for training Albanian military personnel. He added that his country would also help modernize the Albanian navy. He also stressed that Turkey would support Albania in international organizations and would expand economic cooperation.
SHORT BIOGRAPHY OF PRESIDENT OZAL
Turgut Ozal, the 8th President of Turkey, was born on 13 October 1927 in Malatya, in central Anatolia, into the family of Mehmet and Hafize Ozal. After completing primary, secondary and university studies, in 1950 he began working at the electricity planning office in Ankara. In 1961, he went to America, where he took part in a specialization course in the field of electrical energy. Upon his return to his homeland, he became deputy director general in the electricity planning administration. In 1971 he was appointed minister of state for economic affairs. During the period 1980-1982 he served as prime minister in charge of economic affairs. In 1983 he founded the Motherland Party (ANAP). In the 1983 and 1987 elections this party won the majority and Ozal became prime minister. In 1989 he was elected President of the Republic of Turkey. He is married and has three children.
Do the socialist leaders want blood to be shed again?!
In the recent political agreements, a technical government and the creation of joint commissions for electoral reform were agreed upon. But despite this, socialist leaders continue their harsh rhetoric and stir up tensions. They speak of protests, of the streets, of clashes, and of the return of crisis. This political language is dangerous and irresponsible. Albania needs calm, free elections, and respect for institutions. Any call for violence would bring only serious consequences for the country.
