The Greek government develops its position together with nationalist circles that seek to destabilize the Balkans

Statement by President of the Republic Sali Berisha Before leaving yesterday for the ceremonies organized to commemorate the end of the Second World War, President of the Republic Sali Berisha declared to journalists: “The situation in our region is clear. Albania's position has been and remains unchanged: peace, stability and cooperation are the only paths for the future of the Balkans. Any attempt to incite ethnic tensions, to use nationalist circles and to interfere in the internal affairs of the countries of the region is condemnable. The Greek government must clearly distance itself from the nationalist circles that are trying to destabilize the Balkans and damage relations between our countries.” The President emphasized that Albania will continue to defend the rights of Albanians everywhere, but always in accordance with international principles and with respect for the sovereignty of neighboring states. He called on the international community to closely follow developments in the region and not to allow the return of old policies that have brought conflicts and tragedies. “The Balkans do not need nationalist adventures, but integration, democracy and understanding,” President Berisha said.[?]

HAVE THE JUSTICE BODIES BEEN REFORMED

Observation It is not surprising that the issue of reform in the justice bodies continues to be at the center of public attention. In a country that is building the rule of law, the role of the courts, the prosecution and the investigative bodies remains crucial. However, the experience of these years has shown that formal changes are not enough if they are not accompanied by a change in mentality, in old practices and in ties inherited from the past. Often public opinion has rightly expected the justice bodies to provide concrete proof of their independence, professionalism and honesty. But, in not a few cases, controversial decisions, procedural delays and lack of transparency have created mistrust. This makes a deep reform essential, not only in the legal framework, but also in the selection of personnel, in vetting and in institutional accountability. Justice cannot be reformed only with statements. It is reformed when the citizen feels that the law is applied equally to everyone, when abusers are punished and when no one is above the law. In this sense, the question “Have the justice bodies been reformed?” remains current and requires answers through deeds, not words.[?]

The wells speak about...

Kushteletëm[?] Back then, the “armourers” discovered the undiscoverable Ceka and others, chairs, tree trunks and huts. In the village of Cacë in the Delvina district, 50 delekë[?] of firewood were found and “seized”. According to “informed” sources, their owner was suspected of links with “dangerous groups”, although the villagers insisted that the wood was for winter. Further on, near [ ? ], another “base” was discovered: some shovels, a wheelbarrow and two empty barrels. The officials, with the seriousness that characterized them, did not rule out the possibility that an “destabilizing action” had been prepared there. The inhabitants, for their part, laughed out loud. Times have changed, but yesterday's humor still seems to live in people's memory. And perhaps that is the strongest weapon against bureaucratic madness.[?]

ONLY IN PARLIAMENT, NO

How can time be passed? THAT IS HOW THEY KEEP BURNING BUCUREȘTI CITY, BUCUREȘTI IN PARLIAMENT, THE COUNTRY LIKE NUDIT KORA. It has already been a long time since even the cell of “comrade” Fatos was emptied, and he was placed in the office of the “boss” of this party. Therefore, they also find it excessive to keep there this “link” of “activated” “extreme” actions. However, as things seem, there is still time until his involvement and “naturalization” in the new structures of the capital. Meanwhile, so as not to forget or overdo it, they have placed the second “office” of “comrade” Fatos at the “Parliament”, or, more precisely, at the construction scaffold of the new “engines” of his power. The “ship” of his kind is the same old “brigade”, with “democratic” command and its eyes on “Kasia”. There are also hidden the old “theorists” of the “class struggle”, the “masters” of slander and the “specialists” in “burning”. They are not letting go of the old profession easily. So they continue to burn the city of Bucharest, the country like nudit kora.[?]
