According to the available information, the Community and Europe are preparing for a new phase of relations with Albania, after yesterday's approval of the decision to include our country in the European Community Assistance Program and the countries of the former East, known as PHARE [?]. The First Spokesman of the Prime Minister's Office of Albania, Mr. Bashkim Kopliku, at yesterday's press conference with foreign journalists, said that the Albanian government considers the decision of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the countries of the European Community to include Albania in the PHARE Program as one of the most important events [of recent years?].
