IT IS TRUE THAT THINGS HAVE STARTED TO IMPROVE...
Mr. Eduard Selami and Messrs. Bashkim Kopliku and Ali Spahia have been in the Mokra area and the town of Pogradec these days
"They say ‘bread to breathe’ to the wounded partisan..."
I have to hear, Nako says, and another one up and down. We want to work and the government to help us. In Mokra there is no water or road. It is the 2,000-year-old cave.
Until the end it is lacking because the government should have completed the paperwork with the archives and taken it.
It has left with work and land at that. Did you want it? They have it. And asked, and it became so. The debate about this matter. It has to tell you that you have put it in, as if Shkodër, how was it put? Truly very burdened nowhere. Some words did not do it.
Mokra of my word, true. They have done it. But the example of what is said to be legitimate opposition in Albania.
Starting with some young boys, as soon as they set the task they began the work. They even did this. They push and bring along some slab. They see that it moves and they are suffering.
They tell themselves that young people want to do work and something. And this is noticed especially in inhabited places.
If it will be done under Uncle Kapo's direction. And may he have spirit. And as true, some observation. And it is written down. It is given and heard. Wisdom passes by.
Usually, most often the work is done there where the villagers can compare themselves with other villages. Mokra, as a poor region, has fallen far behind, because it is known as a region on the move. This naturally has no deep causes. It is linked above all to the extraordinary backwardness of its infrastructure and to the loss of the tradition of mechanized agriculture.
Of Mokra's population, around 70 percent are living away or have left. In every family there is an emigrant. And this is not an ordinary phenomenon.
Mokra can see with its own eyes how life passes in the city. Whereas with its own situation it feels abandoned. In the remote villages there is no school, doctor, shop, electricity, or road. Many old tasks and customs continue. All this makes the villager feel alone.
That is why, during the latest visit to Mokra, Messrs. Selami, Kopliku and Spahia were received with interest, but also with skepticism. Beautiful words are heard, but people want concrete signs.

SHOULD THE FILES BE OPENED????
A return to the law
Yes, it is true! Every honest person who wants to be part of the country's highest political forums must not escape verification. Only a society with a high moral sense of responsibility can move forward.
Much has been said about the files issue. Some consider it a tool of moral justice, while others fear abuse, manipulation, and political revenge. In this climate, the debate becomes even more sensitive.
For 4-5 years in a row we have been hearing that there are files, that they should be opened, that they should be checked, that they should be made transparent. But there is still no clear and reliable procedure. Every reckless step can produce new injustices.
To move from noise to justice, law, standards, care and serious institutions are needed. Every document must be verified, every accusation must be proven. Only in this way can society separate itself from the past without falling into the trap of revenge.
For this reason the question remains: should the files be opened? Yes, but not as a spectacle. They must be treated as a matter of the rule of law and public morality.

THE NATIONAL NEWSPAPER CALLS FOR ARMS AND PRESIDENT BERISHA
The opposition "Defense of the Fatherland" of the Tirana newspaper published an article calling for northern Albania to be ready for any eventuality. According to the article, the government should take measures for order and security.
At the same time, President Berisha is quoted as calling for calm, legality, and civic responsibility. In various reactions, this topic has been assessed as delicate and dangerous for the political climate.
There have also been assessments that such rhetoric could encourage polarization and harm social stability.
