CONSERVATIVE FORCES CAUSE bloodshed IN RUSSIA
THE FASCIST COUP OF HAZBULLATOV AND RUTSKOI IN RUSSIA
The international community has described the event as a failed communist coup aimed at overthrowing President Yeltsin.
Community arises as a constraining practice not by means of class instruments and through the process of creating and moving a certain form or a certain consciousness. There are clear links to the ground in the unfolding of events, but not through them. In this framework, everything can be said to be tied to the developments of recent days. Taking into account the special features of the country, one can speak of a full-scale crisis of the Russian state, in order to highlight the deep crisis of political structures. On this level there appears the danger of a return of the old communist conservatives, with the same wild signs of yesterday's mindset.
These are, in broad terms, the gravest moments Russia has experienced since the breakup of the Soviet Union. The conflict between President Yeltsin and the Supreme Soviet, led by Ruslan Khazbulatov and Aleksandr Rutskoi, has taken on armed dimensions. The attack on the television building and the attempt to seize key points in the capital showed that the rebels' aim was the violent overthrow of the constitutional order.
At the center of the clash was also the symbolism of the new Russian state. The forces supporting President Yeltsin tried to defend the legitimate institutions, while the supporters of the rebel parliament presented themselves as the continuation of the old order. This clash was not only about power, but also about Russia's future direction: toward democratic reforms and a market economy, or toward authoritarian restoration and Soviet nostalgia.
In a charged atmosphere, hundreds of protesters gathered in the center of Moscow. Government buildings and strategic points were placed under the protection of security forces. Casualties and injuries were reported, while the echo of the violence was immediately felt across Europe. Washington and European capitals expressed support for President Boris Yeltsin and condemned the attempted coup.
The events show that Russia's transition remains fragile. The current clash is not merely a crisis of the moment, but the result of accumulated tensions between the old and the new institutions. For many observers, it marks a decisive test for Russia's democratic future.

MR BERISHA MEETS WITH MR LA PERGOLA
The individuality of culture, which every nation must value, can constitute a living and lasting feature that bears witness to its identity beyond the changes of time. Through culture, the state and its activity are appreciated for their value and for how much they embody human dignity and worth, and this continues at the same level of seriousness in thinking about national history and what it represents. Among other things, these were the words of the President of the Republic, Mr. Sali Berisha, at the meeting with the President of the Constitutional Court of Italy, Francesco Paolo Casavola, who is also the نائب? vice president of the European Commission for Democracy through Law, otherwise known as the Venice Commission. The discussion focused on issues of constitutional organization and the reform of democratic institutions.

Deputies leave parliament
The government’s successes in the fight against crime, which has escalated over time, have not spared parliament either. At least that is the figure, with around 1,500 employees removed from the parliamentary chambers. In a parliamentary session today, the dismissal of several MPs is being discussed for violating the rules and engaging in unauthorized activities. Meanwhile, further disciplinary measures have also been announced for all those who undermine the institution’s order.

Moscow in flames
Dramatic moments. Another test of strength for Yeltsin and democracy
Armed attack by the conservatives on the Russian TV building
- The attack by the conservatives on the Russian TV building
- Automatic weapons attack on police forces
- Entry into parliament is barred for the Russian prime minister, Viktor Chernomyrdin.
- More than 20 foreign journalists and thousands and thousands of protesters, among them hundreds and hundreds of armed pensioners.
- Entry into the buildings of TVE and the local station Moskva is barred.
Reports are coming clearly from Moscow and point to dramatic events. In the Russian capital, important state centers have become the scene of an armed clash between forces loyal to Yeltsin and supporters of the Supreme Soviet. Tension has risen hour by hour, and the scale of the violence shows a dangerous escalation of the crisis.
The conservatives have struck at the symbolic buildings of the state and the media. The attack on Russian television aimed to take control of information and create panic. Law enforcement forces have faced live fire, while armed civilians and groups of protesters have appeared in the streets. The images of the clash convey the impression of a city on the brink of civil war.
On one side stands President Yeltsin, who seeks to preserve the constitutional order and continue reforms; on the other, the leaders of the rebel parliament, backed by conservative circles, are trying to impose a backward turn. For many analysts, this is the heaviest test that Russian democracy has faced since the fall of the Soviet system.
The international community's position is clear: violence is condemned and the constitutional order must be defended. Observers warn that any prolongation of the conflict could have unforeseeable consequences for the stability of Russia and the region.
