Neritan Ceka, Arben Imami and Spartak Ngjela in Belgrade
Neritan Ceka, Arben Imami and
Spartak Ngjela in Belgrade
- New missionaries of an old alliance or adventurers? -
For some experts, even the prolonged vote
of the former head of the Assembly
here casts doubt on his work. In different
places there has been an outbreak of foreigners and their processors, but also
in some wealthy countries, especially in
the Bonn Annex, Spain, Portugal, Greece.
In the Balkans and in other countries of the
region, some look at these moves with suspicion.
The reason is that Mr. Neritan Ceka,
Mr. Arben Imami and Mr. Spartak Ngjela,
who traveled to Belgrade,
are not figures unknown to Albanian opinion.
Their participation in a politically charged meeting raises serious questions.
If this is a peace mission, it must be explained. If it is a personal adventure, even more so. The lack of transparency only increases suspicion.
But what is the real purpose? Is there a move toward a political repositioning,
where old alliances seek new forms? Or is it about isolated initiatives that represent no one but themselves?
According to some sources, the trip is linked to meetings aimed at creating channels of communication at a difficult moment for the region. But true mediation cannot be carried out without a mandate,
without clarity and without public responsibility.
In this sense, opinion expects not only clarification, but also accountability.

Press conference of Senator Kosyg
IF WE SEE THE STANDARD DIVISION AND VP WHAT THE HOUSE CANON IS
The former Italian president, lifelong senator Fran-
cesco Kosiga gave a press conference for the journalists, and he answered the questions of many reporters. Skeptical and convinced, he gave an opinion about what is happening in Albania, a clear reflection, as had happened at the time when Italy was moving from dictatorship to democracy. At the beginning, when asked whether the new civil administration of the Albanian state institution was a figure worthy of Albania, he replied: “I hope for Albania and for Italy, an efficient state administration and a government with democratic authority, nothing more than that”.
He then assessed that there is a distorted business sector and a lack of professional criteria. He stressed that “a modern state cannot function without administration”.
When asked about the figure of former president Alia he said that “he is a man who himself accepted to go before the court and did not flee like others”.
Regarding the current administration, he noted that “it is still difficult to judge, but it seems to have the will”.
He also gave an opinion on the opposition, emphasizing that in a democracy it is normal for it to exist. In the end he said that Albania needs institutions, not improvisations.

Ethics in front of the law
At the very moment, lacking a middle point, the social harness successfully armed the Albanian ITV was carrying out its work, obeying the orders of its superiors. In fact, they had already decided the fate of the other. Is it mentioned among Albanians? At least by those who saw it. The effort was carried out without any work break.
Tirana police stretched out liberty without stopping journalists and we worked without handcuffs being put on. Immediately and without taking a breath, as it was said, it was decided that the death penalty would be suspended. No one came out with authorization. It was given through the highest spokesperson. From that day on we were dealing with the new justice. Nothing remained but to wait for the court’s decision.
Precisely within this line of thought, the prosecution witness, if our state had the right to intervene by force in such an action, the question remains pending.
Nevertheless, what the press made public and what public opinion heard make the separation of powers even more necessary.
We were used to orders, but not to the rule of law. Why such haste? Why should force prevail over procedure?
In this case, while discussing a dramatic event, we must understand that the citizen cannot remain without guarantees.
Freedom and order are not enemies, but two pillars of the same society.
Otherwise, every sacrifice of recent years risks being undone.

Italian justice in the face of mafia propaganda
The successful bloodthirsty people blacken the newspapers, magazines; in the end mafia propaganda tries to deny the fabricated accusations.
The scandal, the sentences, everything is talked about, how many thousands die, how many are killed? It should be understood that they treat them. From the courts of Tira-
mirat, of crime and of the tyranny of par-
liament. So clearly, that the tribunals of ila-
mi tell them that punishment alone is not enough, the concern for ti-
colossal must be the power of the law.
Perhaps after such an experience lived through in Italy, the same is happening in Albania as well. When the perpetrators are found protected by propaganda and by dark connections, justice is faced with a heavy trial.
In this sense, the battle against the mafia is not only a criminal battle, but also a moral and social one.
