ZOJI AHMED MOHAMED ALI DECORATED WITH THE ORDER “Naim Frashëri”, FIRST CLASS, AWARDED BY PRESIDENT BERISHA

The honor of our country was bestowed on him by dr. Mandaliu Ali, former vice-chairman of the General Sharia Council, during a meeting he held yesterday with the chairman of the presidium of the People’s Assembly of Albania, Mr. Ylli Bufi. Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Ali also met yesterday in Tirana with the Albanian president, dr. Sali Berisha, praising the contribution of the Islamic Development Bank in promoting cooperation with Albania. For his part, dr. Mohamed Ali, president of the Islamic Development Bank, said that his country wishes to help Albania, promising to continue supporting concrete initiatives in the economic, health, and education sectors. FULL SUCCESS OF THE 3rd CONFERENCE OF THE TIRANA PD BRANCH

Unanimous support for the Berisha Presidency, the chairman of the PD and its program PD is not only on the side of progress, but to do so means to play the game of communism Yesterday’s outcome, as far as the electoral process and the activities in the Tirana branch of the Democratic Party are concerned, is quite clear: the Third Conference of Tirana concluded successfully. Delegates from various areas of the capital emphasized their support for the party’s current leadership and its reformist policy. Particular praise was given to the Berisha Presidency as a central figure in the continuation of democratic processes. In the discussions it was underlined that the PD program represents the path of reforms and integration, while any deviation from it would mean a step backward.
