DEMOCRACY IS A PRIVILEGE OF EVERYONE
The zone of will will be seen continuously with preparations! The meeting with Mr. Bosi, chairman of the PDSH, and the ministers Uka and Çikuli with the residents of the Tropoja area
There was a warm and brotherly atmosphere at yesterday’s meeting with the residents of the Tropoja region, a land of brave men and men of name in history. Very moving were the words of pain and concern that came from them about the grave situation created in Bosnia, about the tragedy their compatriots there were going through, and about the great sacrifices that the times demanded. Those present emphasized that the Albanian people cannot remain indifferent to the suffering of their brothers and that assistance must be continuous and concrete.
At this meeting, the everyday problems of the area were also discussed, along with economic needs, roads, supply, and services. The residents expressed the conviction that democracy must be a privilege of everyone and not only of a few, that the state must be close to the citizen, and that local government must genuinely represent the interests of the community.
Those present գնահատed the reforms undertaken, but called for more attention to mountain regions, education, healthcare, and employment. It was stressed that Tropoja has given much to the country and expects this contribution to be recognized through concrete development policies.
At the end of the meeting, the determination was expressed to support democratic processes, strengthen national unity, and contribute to the preservation of peace and stability.
