Mr. Ylli Vejsiu, a member of the Central Voting Commission, also took part in this meeting. Speaking before those present, Mr. Pollo said that the purpose of these meetings is consultation and the gathering of the free opinion of PDSh members and sympathizers on the candidacies. This is one way and expression of internal democracy in the party. He further said that PDSh is showing that it is a modern and highly emancipated party. In an enthusiastic atmosphere, those present highly գնահատed the political and professional figure and personality of Mr. Genc Pollo. Many of the discussants, speaking about the values and qualities of candidate Pollo, said that he is a cultured, prepared man, with ability and energy, and being such, he will know how to lead PDSh successfully as a leader of the future. Mr. Genc Pollo, during this meeting, thanked those present for the trust shown toward him, for the support and positive assessment of his candidacy for PDSh chairman, and said that just as he is today the youngest candidate in age, he will also be the youngest chairman of this party. Speaking about the fields on which his work at the head of this party will focus, Mr. Pollo said that the attracting force of PDSh and of the right wing in general must be the intellectual middle class, entrepreneurs, businessmen, employees in administration, health care, education, and so on. This is also the reason why his campaign for candidacy has taken as its slogan: “Toward a new leadership”, “Toward an advanced political force”. Support for Mr. Genc Pollo’s candidacy was also expressed by the residents of neighborhood no. 4 in the city of Vlora, where Mr. Pollo, accompanied by Mr. Bardhyl Aliko, held a meeting with the structures of PDSh. The speakers at this meeting in Vlora expressed their conviction that Mr. Pollo has the personality, authority, and vision required to be PDSh chairman. “I understand the feeling and emotion of each one of you in these campaign days of the elections for PDSh chairman, and the desire of each person to help the party, and through it to help our common future,” Mr. Pollo said, among other things. He further added that the real strength of a party lies in the spirit that reigns within it and in its ability to attract, motivate, and unite people with values and clear goals. He pointed out that PDSh should better represent the interests of the middle classes, youth, the intellectual world, and entrepreneurship. EVERYONE WHO WINS MUST GIVE BACK TO THE COUNTRY

-The meeting on value added, a concrete opportunity to raise incomes- Faced with growing consumption, the government and the national business sector were focused on establishing a fiscal order. The new ministries of economy and finance were involved in a debate on how to create and implement a modern tax policy. According to the discussions held, the aim was for the tax burden to be distributed more fairly and for tax administration to support production, trade, and the encouragement of investment. In this context, special attention was also given to the discussion on value added tax, seen as an important tool for increasing budget revenues and formalizing the economy. In the analyses carried out, it was noted that such a system would help reduce evasion and expand the tax base. It was emphasized that without a capable administration and without the cooperation of entrepreneurs, any reform would remain incomplete. The main demand was that whoever wins must give to the country, contributing honestly to the financing of public services and overall development.

"FREE FATOS" THEY CONTINUE TO DEMAND THE CHILLY UNBOTHERED

Conclusion: no one should put the opposition on trial! No one should give the opposition the role of victim! Pressure for the release of Fatos Zogaj or Fatos Nano continues to appear in various political and media forms. In the published comment, it is argued that calls to “free Fatos” should not turn into a strategy for bypassing justice or building political myths. According to the author, no one should put the opposition on trial, but equally no one should give the opposition the role of absolute victim. It is emphasized that the rule of law requires that matters be handled by the relevant institutions, not by mob pressure or by the interests of the day. The debate, according to the article, should be conducted on facts and responsibility, not on slogans.
