PRESIDENTI BERISHA PRET PARLAMENTARE ZVICRANË
Dje presidenti Berisha priti në takim të veçantë një grup parlamentarëh zviceranë, kryetarin e Grupit parlamentar Kristian social dr. Tschäppat, nënkryetarin e Grupit kristian social dhe anëtarë të tjerë të delegacionit.
Ai vlerësoi vizitën e këtij delegacioni në vendin tonë si një shprehje të qartë të interesimit të parlamentit zviceran për reformat demokratike dhe ekonomike të Shqipërisë e të zhvillimit të marrëdhënieve të dy vendeve.
Presidenti vuri në dukje se duke qenë i pavarur nga pushteti ekzekutiv, legjislativi zviceran ka një rol të rëndësishëm si në vlerësimin e zhvillimeve në Shqipëri ashtu dhe në ndihmën e bashkëpunimin konkret dypalësh.
Ai evidentoi edhe një herë shpresën e qeverisë shqiptare për thellimin e mëtejshëm të marrëdhënieve shqiptaro-zvicerane në të gjitha fushat, veçanërisht në fushën ekonomike.
Ai evidentoi edhe një herë ndikimin e stabilitetit politik dhe ekonomik në Shqipëri, si kusht i domosdoshëm për tërheqjen e investitorëve të huaj.
Të dyja palët kanë shprehur dëshirën për intensifikimin e bashkëpunimit në fushën e investimeve, nëpërmjet krijimit të sipërmarrjeve të përbashkëta dhe shkëmbimit të përvojës, sidomos në atë bankare.
Z. Tschäppat, në emër të delegacionit, vlerësoi pozitivisht zhvillimet demokratike dhe përpjekjet e Shqipërisë për të ndërtuar një ekonomi tregu, si dhe shprehu gatishmërinë për të ndihmuar në zhvillimin e mëtejshëm të marrëdhënieve dypalëshe.

-Deklarata e zëdhënësit të Ministrisë së punëve të jashtme-
Përfaqësuesi i shtypit i Ministrisë së Punëve të Jashtme, z. Kujtim Çashku, deklaroi se, lidhur me deklaratat e ministrit të Jashtëm të Greqisë, Karolos Papulias, në Athinë, pala shqiptare dëshiron të bëjë të qartë se Shqipëria mbetet e vendosur në politikën e saj për marrëdhënie të fqinjësisë së mirë, por nuk mund të pranojë që Greqia të tentojë të imponojë standarde të dyfishta në trajtimin e çështjeve që prekin sovranitetin dhe dinjitetin e vendit tonë.
Ai theksoi se çdo përpjekje për të paraqitur Shqipërinë si pengesë të dialogut është e pabazë dhe nuk i shërben klimës së bashkëpunimit rajonal.
Pala shqiptare mbetet e hapur për një dialog konstruktiv dhe për zgjidhjen e çështjeve në përputhje me normat ndërkombëtare, por nuk do të pranojë presione, insinuata dhe deformime të realitetit.

PRESIDENT BERISHA RECEIVES SWISS PARLIAMENTARIANS
Yesterday President Berisha received in a special meeting a group of Swiss parliamentarians, the chairman of the Christian Social parliamentary group Dr. Tschäppat, the vice-chairman of the Christian Social group and other members of the delegation.
He assessed the visit of this delegation to our country as a clear expression of the Swiss parliament's interest in Albania's democratic and economic reforms and in the development of relations between the two countries.
The President pointed out that, being independent from the executive power, the Swiss legislature has an important role both in assessing developments in Albania and in assistance and concrete bilateral cooperation.
He once again highlighted the hope of the Albanian government for a further deepening of Albanian-Swiss relations in all fields, especially in the economic field.
He also once again highlighted the impact of political and economic stability in Albania, as a necessary condition for attracting foreign investors.
Both sides expressed the desire to intensify cooperation in the field of investments, through the creation of joint ventures and the exchange of experience, especially in banking.
Mr. Tschäppat, on behalf of the delegation, positively assessed democratic developments and Albania's efforts to build a market economy, and expressed readiness to assist in the further development of bilateral relations.
GREECE TRIES TO DISPLAY ITS HYPOCRITICAL JUSTICE EVERYWHERE
-Statement of the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-
The press representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kujtim Çashku, declared that, regarding the statements of Greece's Foreign Minister Karolos Papulias in Athens, the Albanian side wishes to make it clear that Albania remains determined in its policy of good-neighborly relations, but cannot accept that Greece attempts to impose double standards in dealing with issues affecting the sovereignty and dignity of our country.
He stressed that any attempt to present Albania as an obstacle to dialogue is unfounded and does not serve the climate of regional cooperation.
The Albanian side remains open to constructive dialogue and to resolving issues in accordance with international norms, but will not accept pressure, insinuations and distortions of reality.

IL PRESIDENTE BERISHA RICEVE PARLAMENTARI SVIZZERI
Ieri il Presidente Berisha ha ricevuto in un incontro speciale un gruppo di parlamentari svizzeri, il presidente del gruppo parlamentare Cristiano Sociale dr. Tschäppat, il vicepresidente del gruppo Cristiano Sociale e altri membri della delegazione.
Egli ha valutato la visita di questa delegazione nel nostro paese come una chiara espressione dell'interesse del parlamento svizzero per le riforme democratiche ed economiche dell'Albania e per lo sviluppo delle relazioni tra i due paesi.
Il Presidente ha sottolineato che, essendo indipendente dal potere esecutivo, il legislativo svizzero ha un ruolo importante sia nella valutazione degli sviluppi in Albania sia nell'assistenza e nella concreta cooperazione bilaterale.
Ha nuovamente evidenziato la speranza del governo albanese per un ulteriore approfondimento delle relazioni albano-svizzere in tutti i campi, specialmente in quello economico.
Ha inoltre nuovamente evidenziato l'impatto della stabilità politica ed economica in Albania, come condizione necessaria per attrarre investitori stranieri.
Entrambe le parti hanno espresso il desiderio di intensificare la cooperazione nel campo degli investimenti, attraverso la creazione di imprese comuni e lo scambio di esperienza, soprattutto nel settore bancario.
Il sig. Tschäppat, a nome della delegazione, ha valutato positivamente gli sviluppi democratici e gli sforzi dell'Albania per costruire un'economia di mercato, ed ha espresso disponibilità ad aiutare l'ulteriore sviluppo delle relazioni bilaterali.
LA GRECIA TENTA DI ESIBIRE OVUNQUE LA SUA GIUSTIZIA IPOCRITA
-Dichiarazione del portavoce del Ministero degli affari esteri-
Il rappresentante per la stampa del Ministero degli Affari Esteri, sig. Kujtim Çashku, ha dichiarato che, riguardo alle dichiarazioni del ministro degli Esteri greco Karolos Papulias ad Atene, la parte albanese desidera chiarire che l'Albania resta determinata nella sua politica di buoni rapporti di vicinato, ma non può accettare che la Grecia tenti di imporre doppi standard nel trattare questioni che toccano la sovranità e la dignità del nostro paese.
Ha sottolineato che ogni tentativo di presentare l'Albania come ostacolo al dialogo è infondato e non serve al clima della cooperazione regionale.
La parte albanese resta aperta a un dialogo costruttivo e alla soluzione delle questioni in conformità con le norme internazionali, ma non accetterà pressioni, insinuazioni e deformazioni della realtà.
