Yesterday evening President Berisha, at Rinas Airport, saw off the President of Kosovo, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, who was returning from a visit to the USA. After arriving in Tirana, President Rugova met with President Berisha and other personalities. During this meeting, they discussed political developments in Kosovo, the peaceful efforts of the Albanian people there, and international support for the Kosovo issue. President Berisha praised Dr. Rugova’s measured stance and peaceful policy. For his part, President Rugova thanked them for the hospitality and support.
