Democracy will win the battle against the ghosts of the old world
Editorial
The year 1995 is undoubtedly among the most successful years in our national history.
This year was marked by major achievements of Albanian democracy. This year the Democratic Party, the democratic forces and the entire Albanian people reaped the first mature fruits of their strong efforts on the road to building a state based on the rule of law and a market economy.
This year Albania was ranked among the democratic countries of Europe, it is recording an important consolidation of friendship and cooperation with its traditional friends, it received and saw off some of Europe’s most distinguished personalities, it accelerated the pace of reform and achieved a 25% increase in living standards, and replaced its communist legislation with new laws. The PD joined the EUCD. Despite these historic achievements for Albania, Albanians, the PD and the democratic forces as a whole, from the beginning of this year until now, the extremist left-wing forces as a whole and especially their platoon of qualified monsters in all-round activity and with all the scenarios of crime, openly and secretly, against democracy and its achievements.
The monstrous group was highly heterogeneous, former ministers and senior officers of the old regime, divided people and secret plotters, designers and executors of the recent genocide against their own people such as Nano, Ruçi, Gjushi, Brokaj, Zeqo, Dokle etc., who together are trying to earn a place on the Albanian political scene. A special part of it is also made up of the group of "ambassadors" or the so-called "group of bullets", that is, those elements who, after passing the checkpoint of trust, infiltrated the ranks of the democratic forces in order to attack and damage the new Albanian democracy from within.
This heterogeneous grouping, which represented the last hope of the old regime, had in common not only its ties to the filthiest and darkest fund of the human soul, but also its mission to destroy democracy through the organization of massacres like that of Shkodra, the proclamation of small republics like in Polican, the overthrow of the Government and the blocking of reforms, the blocking and repeal of new laws, prostitution, secret agreements, and denunciation of the country. At the "close" of their activity they engaged from the outset publicly with more provocations and the denouncing of intellectuals and persecutors of the type of Çupi, Zogaj, Çani, including in the qualities of slander that will be made public.
The violent campaign against democracy and its values during this year focused on:
I. The overthrow of the Government
Meksi and the usurpation of the executive by influenced elements belonging to the group of "ambassadors" of the spirit of the old nomenklatura and the holding of early elections. For this purpose they mobilized all forces and even burned the "bullets" but lost. Parliament not only confirmed its confidence in the Meksi Government, but has supported it during this period more intensively than ever before.
II. Denouncing Albania in international institutions such as the Council of Europe, in order to prevent its membership in this institution. For this purpose they activated all connections, engaged huge sums of money, prostitutes, liars, Jacobins, homosexuals, narco-dollars, activated all kinds of collaborative links with anti-Albanian racist elements from other countries, with press conferences, telephones and secret letters they rushed against Albania’s membership in the CoE, but failed. Albania was unanimously admitted to the Council of Europe.
After these failures and feeling their certain and rapid end, the grouping that comes from the world of persecution decided to proclaim:
III. The scenario of bloodshed
For this purpose they defined the alarm call, the organizers and the executors of the fratricidal scenario. After having tested fratricidal calls in tribunals, newspapers, streets and cafés, they chose Parliament, the temple of Albanian democracy, to ignite the medieval fratricidal alarm of the night of Saint Bartholomew through one of the main executors of the genocide against the Albanian people, the criminal writer Moikom Zeqo. On the other hand, through ZP they planned calls for rallies packed with people. The head of the PS terror service such as Dokle, Ruçi, Brokaj, in order to achieve that longed-for bloodshed that they could not achieve in Polican, nor in Kuçovë, launched an attack in Gushë, hoping and convinced that this time they would carry out a massacre similar to what had happened in medieval Paris. But the crime they had planned failed, as did those who provoked it. Pali, without hearing the fratricidal calls, thought he could wash his hands; he was even stunned by hatred and threats, declared that the fault lay with "RD", the adviser to the President and even himself, and that for all this he would turn to the courts; but the criminal writer, who constantly relives with great anxiety and nostalgia the times of the hunt for the intellectual, while by day he writes about Karl Popper, only reaffirmed the contemptibility and filth of his soul. The cursed "strip" proved that yesterday’s monster of the hunt was himself the medieval alarm-caller of Parliament.
IV. Blocking the rule of law.
Out of 300 files checked, over 70 decisions were suspended, all in the name of bribes and amorality. This element, who by day shrieks about human rights, while in the darkness of night pours onto the laws and decisions that protect them all the hatred of his black soul, also belongs to the group of "ambassadors" that the old nomenklatura had carefully selected to clean up the ranks of the opposition. This "ambassador" has been entrusted by the "central channel" with the task of breaking all laws, and in protection of him and his activity it has engaged opportunistic elements, jealous like him, who have trampled on innocent people; moreover, although his country was far more weighty, he was also assigned as "guardian" a former colonel, heads of governments and one of the most important missions in the criminal activity of the State Security.
Blocking laws, discriminating against the honest system, the one like the culture arsonists, the word supposedly belongs to "RD" because it publishes information of chaos, overthrows the government, but with the dirtiest and most intolerable in the park of discoveries and the unruly. This same person, like the arsonists of culture, is demanding the newspaper "RD" with fire.
But this time the sect of the "ambassadors", officers, ministers of the old regime is counting, mourning together the last days of their mission.
The Albanian Parliament, public opinion and all democratic forces are determined to stop, with utmost urgency and determination, the designers, the executors, the monsters of the old human genocide, but also cultural genocide. The battle with the monster of the old world of today, Democracy will win.

A major step toward peace and stability in the Balkans
Clinton declares
The announcement of a meeting next week in New York between the foreign ministers of Greece and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is a major step toward peace and stability in the Balkans, U.S. President Bill Clinton declared Monday.
The announcement of a meeting next week in New York between the foreign ministers of Greece and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) is a major step toward peace and stability in the Balkans, U.S. President Bill Clinton declared Monday.
In a statement released Monday by the White House in Monterey (California), Clinton said he hoped such a development would encourage the leaders of Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia to take additional steps themselves toward peace.
The American President confirmed that, on Thursday, the ministers will have as their objective the signing of an agreement on measures that will make possible the recognition of friendly relations between their two countries, as was made known yesterday in Skopje by the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs Richard Holbrooke.
A major disagreement over the name of Macedonia has pitted the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Greece against each other. The latter does not tolerate the use of a name that is also borne by part of the provinces in Greece, which it considers its exclusive heritage.
This courageous and far-sighted decision by the leaders of the two countries constitutes an extremely important stage that will also serve as support for the establishment of peace and stability in the Balkans, the presidential statement says.
On this occasion, Clinton also praised the support Athens has given to the latest American initiative for achieving peace in the Balkans.
Greece is an important partner in the current talks and in the military decisions taken from within NATO, he concludes.
Located close to Serbia, Greece has been among NATO members more reluctant to use force against the Serbs in Bosnia.

NATO strikes destroy the Serbs' communications equipment
Five NATO missiles destroyed the Serbs' strategic communications facilities in the Stolice and Majevica mountains, 10 km east of the industrial city of Tuzla, Bosnian Serb military sources in Belgrade told the independent Beta agency.
The destruction of the antenna tower has interrupted both military communications and Serbian television and radio broadcasts, the agency said.
Bosnian Serbs and government troops have exchanged artillery fire and infantry shelling while trying to bring this installation under control.
Clinton is attacked by an American of Serbian origin
U.S. President Bill Clinton was attacked Monday in California by an American of Serbian origin who opposed NATO air strikes against the Bosnian Serbs.
He grabbed the president by the arm, pleading with him to change policy, local media reported, citing AFP.
One of the Secret Service members (the police organization responsible for protecting official personalities) who follows Clinton step by step on all his trips immediately intervened, taking the man’s hand off Clinton, who did not even bother with the provocation.
"Mr. President, stop the bombing against Serbian civilians," shouted the Serbian-origin citizen on film, but then he froze when he noticed that Clinton completely ignored him and continued walking as if absolutely nothing had happened.
Witnesses assured that Clinton was not in any way threatened; on the contrary, they noted that the squeezing of his arm by the healthy Serbian individual was insignificant for the President’s physical condition.
