NDERKE GJINI The article-by-article review of the draft Penal Code in the People’s Assembly continued yesterday as well. The chairman of the parliamentary legal committee, Spartak Ngjela, said that this draft code provides prison sentences for several criminal offenses that have not so far been предусмотрено in Albanian legislation. Professor of criminal law, Arben Rakipi, said that this code has been better adapted to the conditions of our country, while at the same time preserving the modern principles of criminal law. Continuing the PD’s policy of making all individuals owners: A share of families from the farm and for the necessity of the third The law on land in the countryside was discussed yesterday in the plenary session of the People’s Assembly. Various deputies presented amendments concerning the way land should be allocated to residents of agricultural farms, as well as the treatment of special categories.
