When the socialists leave

The whole thing continues, the process in which the opposition and the coalition initiators had to learn from the rush toward the city; this is the extreme case by which it is being observed that the right is governing the country. Contrary to those who loudly proclaim the country to be totally discredited because of so-called poverty and social destitution, statisticians show that this is the so-called calming period. On the eve of the second parliamentary elections in Albania, the Italian press has devoted particular attention to the latest political developments in our country. They refer to the recent scenario and the governance of the Democratic Party, emphasizing economic growth and modernization. From the comparative analysis it emerges that our country is in a period of awakening because of the pace of development in several sectors of the economy as well as because of monetary stability. But above all, the emphasis is placed on the fact that most socialists, whenever they have been given the opportunity, have chosen to leave. The above analysis mentions that the departure of many well-known left-wing figures from Albania after 1992 is a clear sign of their political and moral crisis. According to the article, important names of the left have preferred to leave the country or remain silent in the face of the profound changes brought by the democratic transition.

Prishtina, former President Bosnjak, speaks about the future of relations. In an interview given by telephone to our newspaper's correspondent, Dr. de Kosmedes, the role of Mali in the region and relations with Albania were discussed. According to him, new economic, educational, and cultural ties can expand the partnership between the two countries. At the same time, it was emphasized that Albania is following developments in the region with attention and supports any initiative for peace and cooperation.

NUKHEZ GJINI The campaign (opposition press) against the democratic government continues and is presented as a force against reforms. In continuation of this campaign, several absurd statements have been made. This is also their attempt to respond to the latest developments in the country. It is enough to recall the atmosphere at the Block rally, charged with demonstrations and violent behavior, to understand with what logic and what mentality the left is trying to return. DECISION Of the 10th Congress of the PPSh The 10th Congress of the PPSh firmly supports the line of the Party of Labour, of comrade Ramiz Alia, of comrade Hekuran Isai, Simon Stefani and Foto Çami. 1. To condemn the irresponsible actions and statements against Marxism-Leninism and comrade Enver Hoxha. 2. To take strong organizational and ideological measures against factional views, against 60 years of hostile materials. Such a spirit is proof of the rejection of true socialism. 3. To condemn and firmly fight undemocratic and anti-socialist views and practices. 4. To stop and destroy bourgeois-revisionist propaganda. Tirana, 12.4.1991 THE PRESIDIUM OF THE CONGRESS
