Nano's letter to the Socialist Party
The list of demands [?] since last year, when the Socialist Party replaced the word socialist in its name with social-democratic, has seen so-called young people belonging to this formation verified in its ranks. Only can we count Ilir Meta and Bashkim Fino, where misguided propagandists of socialism are still there. In the socialist economy these ropes cause, in reviews in Italian, a propaganda that is not within them. 91. Socialists, in the continuation in the leadership of this party, have been on stage from one side and the other. At the top in winter they also had, for goodness' sake, nationalists who in the pantheons would bring them out into the daily movement. Or perhaps this is a lesson in the course of the reform of the left, especially because the democratic movement of Albanian society has been attacked or has been turned around not a little in the spans or to their east in the direction of profit. 91.
Meanwhile, also as a questionnaire on elections, government, governance and the new names that, in the evolution of the left, have lined up and are not part of the political club of Tirana, Mr. Nano has written for some time in the middle of the courting. Under the supervision of Kujtim Gjuzi, Ylli Bufi, Andis Harasani [?], Rexhep Mejdani and others. The latter have gone beyond party labels and are made part of the reformed left. On the other hand, a segment of the Socialist Party continues to consider itself the heir of the Party of Labour of Albania, although a good part of the current figures are more pragmatic than ideological.
In this climate, Nano's letter seems to be more than an internal reproach. It resembles a warning of a major change in the leadership summit and of a clash that could break out openly before the elections.
Pristina - Belgrade dialogue in the presence of a third party
By Fadil Berisha - Rugova
This was stated in Vienna, at the start of the meetings of the Foreign Policy Assessment of the EU Member States, by the President of Kosovo Dr. Ibrahim Rugova. According to President Rugova, Albania should continue to strengthen its state and deepen the reform process. The President emphasized that Kosovo’s independence is the key to stability in the region.
President Berisha congratulated Jose Maria Aznar on his election victory.

One of the vice-chairmen of the Socialist Party will resign
It is said that the latest one to come from the fervent supporters of the Socialist Party and undoubtedly the party’s main spokesman in opposition will make way for the new reformers. Two days ago, Tasim Muço [?] declared that Mr. Nano must have a different team. He adds that it is absurd to defend in public people who have lost touch with reality. According to him, this is not only a matter of names, but also of a new political spirit. There is much speculation about the specific name of the vice-chairman who will leave.

Lesi squanders the creators
Lesi's dirty mind can only do dirty calculations
It is well known as the habit of ALES and its owner to distort the image and prolong the positions of someone else’s work. Just as it once did with Fiqiri Xibraku. It acted the same way now with Maks Velo, presenting his statement as opposition to Pjetër Arbnori. Yet the artist’s words were completely different and not against the institutions of the state.
