The era of socialism, oppression and depersonalization has come to an end

President of the Republic Sali Berisha meets with residents of the city of Vlorë The DP recognizes Vlorë to the Shkodran woman from people from there, from whom they have stolen their resistance, the state of war with Albania, starting from the division of its border with Saranda, with the nationalist poetry of Fanoli and with the rise of fascism, with the heavy burden of the betrayal of war, with the deep Albanian tragedy in Greece. Vlorë is the first to have sided with political pluralism. Its most dignified representatives today are in alliance with it in Vlorë, thanks also to the greatest support it has given to pluralism and democracy in Albania. Vlorë will be a zone untouched by the ideology of the ruling wall, a universal harm between Albania. Vlorë will be, and its center, with its permanent center transformed from the cradle of Albania's anti-action. Vlorë will be a zone untouched by fanaticism, by the backward policy that left them in isolation with disregard for national solidarity. Vlorë and today's Vlorë will be an example of emancipation and the affirmation of human freedoms and rights. Vision 2000 Albanians and in Vlorë

Vlorë of the indictments? with membership? Simply because Vlorë has often been attributed to that, despite the fact that it is not an invention of socialism. In reality the word is about the trope of its extension and Vlorë's spark through the centuries, but not about any genuine antagonism or any kind of division of Albania. The year 1912 and 1918 is mentioned more often. The reason for such an approach is enough to understand and spread that it is a city with a great national tradition. But this tradition cannot be used against democracy and against the modernization of the country. Secondly, through its attitudes and its steadfastness, Vlorë has demonstrated a strong civic personality, with the capacity to be part of contemporary processes. On this occasion, the author emphasizes that Albania in the year 2000 requires a new vision of development and integration, in which Vlorë should have a special role in economic and cultural opening.
