PD, the alternative of the 2000 vision

President Berisha among the students of the University of Tirana Blue municipalities and communes In Tirana on 20 October two alternatives will face each other: your alternative, the alternative of the vision 2000, the alternative of consolidating democracy, free initiative and Albania’s integration into a united Europe, led by Mr. Albert Brojka. The other alternative is the alternative of boycott, the alternative of isolation, the alternative of chaos, the alternative of anarchy, of mistrust, of total disappointment. It is represented by the talented teammate Fatkeq We are moving with sure and determined steps on the road of democratic reforms. These reforms have been and remain at the center of the program of the Democratic Party and the government. They are a necessity for the country’s development and progress. They are not a luxury or an end in themselves. For us, democratization is above all a human reform that eradicates the neo-totalitarian communist system based on the unparalleled violence of the Sigurims and establishes a system of human rights, freedoms and dignity. It is a property reform that returns to Albanians their properties confiscated by the notorious communist law 7501. It is an economic reform that finally demolishes state concentration by other means, the bureaucratic apparatus, and replaces it with the free initiative of business and the market economy. It is a reform that separates Albanians from Oriental complexes, making them European citizens with a full identity. This is and will be a solemn promise. It is a reform that gives more powers to local government, making it more humane, more responsive and closer to the citizen. It is a reform that irreversibly leads Albania toward the United Europe. It is a reform of the justice system to make the law, not the person, supreme. It is a profound reform of the state administration aimed at making it capable of fulfilling its mission, as well as separating the state from the party. It is a profound reform of the education system that detaches it from the education and totalitarian indoctrination of the past and directs it toward Western moral and civic values. It is a reform of the health system to make it efficient and modern. It is also a reform of cultural life in the country. So these reforms and others, taken together, are our political platform. What is important, according to the following, is that Fagu assures us about the future. Tirana with momentum, Tirana with vision. (...) I want to break away from the initiative, free entry and not only victory to the hilt, and with this aim I want to proclaim a victory for all those who included the right of the region and the community with Krien. incident no. 759 in the relations of the communist regime with Krien Military cooperation serves the friendship between our two peoples President Berisha received the Chief of the General Staff of the Austrian Army, Mr. Xhork Majcen
