Participation in the vote, support for democracy in Albania
President Berisha addresses messages to the electorate and political forces

Berisha called on all citizens, their voters, and the coalition candidates to mobilize, to engage and always put all their potential into the process and to spare nothing, indeed, as a matter of necessity, for an exemplary electoral process, so that all of Albania may vote freely, and vote freely, they will vote for free protection, they will vote for democracy in Albania.

In a meeting in the village of Mbrostar in Fier, the President of the Republic Sali Berisha said that in these elections 20 October will be an important day in the history of Albanians and the Albanian nation. “On 20 October we vote for our country, we vote for our future, we vote for the European future of Albanians, we vote against the blockage of development, stagnation, going backward,” he said.
In this context President Berisha emphasized that every citizen, regardless of political beliefs, should take part in the vote.
Mbrostar e Shqipërisë, the square of “Qytetit Stalin”, the voters and candidates of Fier, President Berisha said among other things that “No Albanian should remain outside the vote. On this ballot each person gives an assessment of the path Albania has followed in these years”.
In the election meetings held in Fier, President Berisha devoted special importance to participation in the vote, describing it as a civic and political necessity.
