Extraordinary congress of the Socialist Party?
Conflict continues between different groups within the Socialist Party
The leadership: We will punish Tirana
Besides the already open conflict between the leadership and part of their grassroots organizations in places such as Tirana, Lezha, Korça, etc., a clash has also erupted with opposition deputies paid by Nano. According to sources from the Socialist Party headquarters and central office, on the eve of the party organizations’ elections in the capital, relations with the parliamentary group and the government have also worsened. According to information received from this headquarters, a meeting of the party leadership has been requested to discuss the crisis within the party, especially after the clashes in the capital. Tirana has become a serious problem for the Socialist leadership because both the grassroots base and the parliamentary group have not agreed with the leadership’s decisions. Based on this information, the Leadership will be forced to take disciplinary measures against deputies who did not support its decisions. The cooling of relations with the parliamentary group, already well known, will bring another split in the ruling party. In addition to the conflict and the worsening relations with the parliamentary group, discontent is also beginning to be felt within the PS structures because of recent appointments in the prefectures and administration. Sources from the PS say that the eruption of recent conflicts in the Pink Headquarters is a reflection of the many contradictions within it over the way it is being led, the lack of consultation, and disagreement with the policies of the governing coalition. Ismaili: let us blame only the decision-making political force of the right [?]
There has been dissatisfaction among party district leaders toward the leadership over the favoring of a narrow group and their exclusion from decision-making. At the end of the article titled “The office stairs of the editor-in-chief, an affront to the newspaper”

HYDAJET HYSENI: Once again evaluating the ongoing commitment to the Kosovo issue and the expression of the interests of the Republic of Albania and its diplomacy and its representatives there, we welcome this affirmative position with which it has managed to clearly articulate both the needs and the necessity of a real assessment of the weight of Kosovo’s political subject and their role in the realization of the most important processes for its stability. All these assessments should lead to a deeper reflection on the internal developments in Serbia and their inevitable impact on Kosovo, as well as the need for a more coherent policy by the Albanian factor. According to him, developments in Serbia will have an impact not only on the internal stability of that country, but also on the unresolved Kosovo issue and its democratic perspective. In this framework, he underlines the importance of coordination between the Albanian political forces and the international community to help consolidate peace and democratic institutions in the region.

Students, the hope of democracy in Serbia
At the same time and during the continuation of the protests in the center of Belgrade, it has been the students who have always been at the forefront of movements against dictatorship, communism and other authoritarian regimes. Milošević personally has always hated and despised the University of Belgrade, because through universities and students the fall of other regimes in Eastern Europe also began. Recent events in Serbia have shown that students can become not only a moral impetus, but also a political force capable of setting society in motion. Serbian students, through their protests and organization, have emerged as a factor of hope for the democratization of the country. They are determined not to allow the repetition of political manipulation and the historical unjustifiable [sic] and pressure from institutions. Today, as Serbia faces the consequences of isolation and nationalist policies, students remain a symbol of a freer and more European future.
