Criteria for the distribution of foundation assets are determined

Council of Ministers meeting Criteria for the distribution of foundation assets are determined Tomorrow - the day of the borrowers Tomorrow, the Council of Ministers will examine the draft decision on the method of compensating the losses of the borrowers of firms in Albania. The 100 parliamentary groups of the Albanian political forces will be informed of this decision in the future. These decisions will enter into force upon publication in the Official Gazette. Mr. Aleksandër Meksi asked several ministers of the cabinet to report on the security situation. These include the Minister of Defense, Safet Zhulali, the Minister of Public Order, Halit Shamata, and the Minister of Justice, Eduard Halimi. While the government believes that the borrowers' day will be "the first day of guidance," yesterday's decision of the Council of Ministers on the distribution of the assets of the foundations marks the beginning of an institutional solution to the crisis. The first beneficiaries of this distribution will be those Albanian citizens who placed their savings in these foundations, except for those who were directly involved in their administration. The benefit will be made according to the amount deposited and in line with the concrete possibilities for liquidating the assets. In yesterday's government decision it is stipulated that the assets of the foundations will be centrally administered by a special state structure, which will be tasked with identifying, safeguarding and distributing them. According to preliminary data, the value of these assets includes buildings, transport vehicles, bank accounts and other assets created through the activities of these foundations. At yesterday's meeting, the state of public order in the country was also discussed. The Prime Minister requested that the responsible institutions take stronger measures to restore calm and ensure the normal functioning of the state.
