A barrier against infiltration, aid for lenders
To manipulate with dehumanized elements who are ready to rob, traffic, or kill regardless of the existence of pyramid schemes or their collapse is a very wrong choice. These elements thought their kingdom had arrived. I assure you that the kingdom of crime will never come to Albania
The socialists may know it, the truth will be proven on the basis of facts, that there have been many cases in which insecurity and anarchy have served as a cover for the penetration of certain criminal groups into Albania and for carrying out special actions for them in the interest of civil peace. The lack of concentration in border control and the existence of an institutional and political vacuum for a certain period have made it possible for individuals with specific intentions to enter Albania in various ways. These infiltrations have come from both the north and the south, from neighboring countries and farther away. To play with insecurity and with such elements is a policy that can bring very serious consequences for the country.
For this reason, the government has the duty to establish order, protect the country’s borders, and clearly distinguish between honest citizens who need help and individuals who seek to profit from the disorder. In conditions where many families have been severely damaged by financial losses and by the collapse of fraudulent schemes, the state must find fair and transparent ways to support them. Aid for lenders cannot be a new political fraud, but must be linked to law, verification, and institutional responsibility.
If no barrier is set against criminal infiltration and if no clear policies are drawn up for compensating those who were harmed, the country risks moving from one crisis to another. Albania needs order, a functioning administration, and a state that does not surrender in the face of the threat of gangs or the political manipulation of economic hardship.
The socialists have once again been left in the street
The President has today decreed decree 101, which will be submitted for a vote in the people’s assembly on Monday. The decree concerns the procedure for appointing the prime minister. In this decree, the President of the Republic rightly prohibits a member of Parliament from being appointed prime minister until he resigns as a deputy. This decree refers to constitutional provisions that forbid the concentration of such two functions in a single person and directly links this issue to the need to respect the rule of law.
The socialists have now appeared even more incapable before public opinion. For weeks they have been trying to create the impression that the election of the prime minister is merely a matter of parliamentary force, but they have run up against the limits of the constitution. The attempt to treat this issue as a political formality failed as soon as it became clear that constitutional procedures are binding for everyone.
The President’s decree makes it clear that the path to follow is the path of law, not party imposition. If the socialists want to govern, they must first respect the rules of the republic. Otherwise, they will once again remain in the street, as they did today in the face of a decision they cannot ignore.
The President, the head of SHIK, the speaker of parliament, and the honorary president of the PD, Sali Berisha. Now the military command-varrama is cooperating with the head of the PS, Fino, who are involved in all the drunken-vegëse arrangements. The commander of the “ALBA” mission, Forlani, is loudly reconciling the champions of chaos. A new maneuver is being prepared to bring the fake president back onto the scene. Sali Berisha together with other leaders of the country during a visit to the ward of the military hospital.
