PS: War on observers in the South -
The committee bandits carry out Nano’s orders. The OSCE hopes the incident will not be repeated. “If it happens to us, we will react strongly”
The Socialists launch a battle with the OSCE
This time, clearly to stain Albania with blood and, at the very least in the eyes of the wider international public, as a country incapable of free elections and democracy. While in a dizzying [?
29 chancelleries in Albania have told the OSCE and the Government of National Reconciliation that the actions and statements of the committee leaders are worrying for the smooth conduct of the elections.
The serious pre-election event that took place on Friday,
how the Albanians present the situation until voting day, there is no doubt that on 9 June this tragicomedy will reach its climax. It concerns the organized attack against the multinational “ALBA” forces and the senior OSCE representatives in the city of Berat.
The attack, commanded by communists [?
by militias sponsored by the so-called PPSH, left one foreign journalist dead and mutilated three others. It is now known that the entire apparatus paid for and used by the rescue committees, after the destruction of the kiosks [?
shoots at and damages [?
injures everything that, according to them, is against the interests of the rebellion’s mother party. During yesterday, more than 29 chancelleries demanded that the violence be brought to an end and normal elections be guaranteed.
In this way, in front of public opinion, all the lies and speculations of the officials and representatives of the “rescue committees” were put on display, before all those foreign media that present Albania as an anarchic and hopeless country. The attack against the OSCE is a clear signal that without the state, without order and without lawful force there can be no elections.
In any case, no such act of aggression can frighten foreign monitors; on the contrary, it will bring more clearly to light the true face of those who organize chaos.

Unity for Democracy signs the social pact
The political and non-political associations that took part spoke at the start of the talks. The chairman of the social party, Ylli Manjani [?] requests a consensus view. At yesterday’s meeting, 9 June was identified as a “day of elections and peace.”
Democrats, social democrats, independent unions and the women’s center signed the social pact in the presence of representatives of international organizations and coalition parties. The document was presented as an agreement to preserve calm, respect the electoral process and avoid political clashes.

Do they want to impose the law of terror?…
Those who saw and experienced up close what happened in Berat, as well as in Tirana, the first question that arises is: “Do these people want to impose the law of terror over the elections?” After yesterday’s incident in which observers and journalists were attacked, OSCE representatives expressed their concern, but declared that they would not withdraw from their mission.
According to them, monitoring will continue throughout the country and every violation will be carefully recorded. The representatives emphasized that electoral standards cannot be replaced by intimidation and violence.
