SCANDAL! Judges threatened by the entrenched power of the Socialist Party

Minister Kondi orders the dissolution of the Court. Radio television ahead of violent political purges
Revengeism is destroying the government’s days
The Socialists are doing everything possible to seize all state institutions, brutally disregarding laws, norms and administrative procedures. These days a real scandal has occurred at the Ministry of Justice. This ministry, by personal order of the minister, lawyer Spartak Ngjela, is dealing with a problem for which it has no legal authority whatsoever. To carry out the orders of Edi Rama, who is now de facto directing several ministries and state institutions, senior officials of the Ministry of Justice have been ordered to draft the letter for the dissolution of the Court of Cassation. But this administrative act is completely illegal. Undertaking such an action aims to create the preconditions for a political blow against this court. The law on the organization of the judiciary clearly sets out how and when a judge of this court may be dismissed. But the Minister of Justice has no competence in this matter. It seems that anyone targeted by the left can suffer the consequences, no matter how absurd, unconstitutional and unlawful the act may be. The clearest proof of this is the fact that the judges of the Court of Cassation have so far received no notice of such a dismissal. Lawyer Ngjela has still not made it clear to the judges what is being plotted against them. This mafia-style scheme has been used before for the arbitrary removal of the heads of other state institutions, as well as for the large-scale removal of the administration. Perhaps because of it, the appointment of the chair of the Court of Cassation is also being held up, following the resignation of Ylli Bufi[?]. One of the institutions that risks becoming a victim of the political revenge of the coalition bringing restoration and left-wing power is also Radio Television Shqiptar. More than two months after the Socialists came to power and the RTSH board was removed, this issue remains unresolved. This incapacity became clearly visible in the actions carried out by the former Deputy Minister of Finance, Vili Minarolli. After several statements by him in defense of constitutional institutions, he was swiftly removed from office. Immediately afterward, movements toward political purges were noticed in the premises of Radio Television Shqiptar. This comes at a time when the public broadcaster should remain outside party conflict and preserve its institutional independence.
