Communication by letters is not a boycott of the DP
Berisha: The PS’s demand for a local solution is a total defeat. The opposition will not back down before government threats
“If the government does not forcibly reinstate the chairmen of the district councils of Korçë and Gramsh, local officials from opposition strongholds will escalate the protest”

Because time cannot be undone 20[?]-th; it is celebrated
i, by a year, which they turned into tourism under
the condition of the capital and the[?]ity of the chair-
man of the Council in Paskuqan and the Tourism of
the it. This is the signal that is forcing them to
state and declare that they will not recognize
any decision or order of theirs against
elections. Since the reasoning of the pain of power and the overthrow of the
constitution is forbidden in order to force local government
with an order through sanctions. Even
the central government has not shown that
it will not respect its commitment to the
holding of local elections. When asked
again whether the opposition organized protests in
Korçë and Gramsh, Berisha said that the decision
remains in force until law and order is restored.
He stated that the opposition’s correspondence
with the Assembly does not constitute a boycott,
but an institutional way of expressing
its positions. According to him, the majority is
trying to present this as a blockade, while
in fact the opposition is following legal and politi-
cal avenues. Berisha accused the Nano government of
threats and pressure on local authorities
in the areas where the opposition has won.

The government, or the mafioso-economic clan
The government, or the
mafioso-economic clan
The way the PS government presents itself in its propaganda has been, is, and will remain a farce. First, the fact that the Socialist Party came to power through protests is a convincing argument that it cannot be called an institutional party. Second, a government that comes to power by such means cannot build institutions, but will try to replace institutions with a political apparatus loyal to it. Since such power has taken it upon itself to control every link in economic and social life, it will use every means to preserve its positions and interests.
For this reason, Socialist rule is appearing as a structure closely tied to questionable economic interests, with clientelism and with mafioso forms of exercising power. Instead of building the rule of law, it is replacing it with clan ties and with informal controls over the administration, business and the media. This makes the government not a normal political body, but a mafioso-economic clan.

Berisha met in a consultative meeting with the Greek consultant Isasos
the opposition was excluded from the constitutional process
On[?] Saturday, the 23rd of the parliament in which the former
chairman of the Socialist Party expressed little about the
constitution through a referendum. The Conference
of Chairs decided that he should negotiate
everything with the PS and the parliamentary group, in
the absence of the opposition, even on its behalf. From
seven o’clock, that is, two hours and some
before the parliamentary session was due to begin, Prime
Minister Nano ordered the police and the republican
guard to carry out strict checks on opposition MPs.
In particular, the latter were prevented from entering the hall and from
taking part in the debate.
The leaders of the Republican Party
affirmed the opposition’s right to take part
in all procedures. Thus a tense political climate
was created, while the government continued to impose
its own version. Berisha said that the exclusion of the opposition from the constitutional process is an unacceptable act
and another sign of the majority’s authoritarian tendency.
