The chairman of the Democratic Party, Tritan Shehu, stated that the government in Tirana continues to behave like a branch of the Serbian government. According to him, it is continuing to force capable officers out of their posts and replacing them with people loyal to Begraj and Belgrade. Dr. Shehu said that the Albanian government and SHIK have taken it upon themselves to provoke incidents of this kind in order to hide their irresponsibility toward Kosovo. The chairman of the Democratic Party said that yesterday's events are a clear Serbian aggression against our country and that the Albanian government has not only failed to react, but has also tried to conceal the situation. He stressed that the government in Tirana is making deals with Belgrade at the expense of national interests.
