THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DISCIPLINE AT WORK AND
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DUTIES IN THE STATE ADMINISTRATION
In implementation of articles 102 paragraph 3, 101, 104 and 105 of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, with the aim of improving discipline at work and creating suitable conditions for the exercise of functions by the state administration,
I ORDER:
The organs of the state administration and central institutions, during Thursday 22.10.1998, shall be fully operational. All managers must take measures to ensure the presence of employees on duty and record the names of persons absent without reason.
Employees who do not report to the workplace within official hours shall be removed from duty. Civil servants shall be removed in accordance with the law on civil service status and other employees according to the Labour Code.
Failure to comply with this order entails responsibility for the managers and persons charged with its implementation.
