Sixty days since the murder of the Hero of Democracy, the mafia-and-crime state continues to hide the hand with which it killed our immortal hero. CITIZENS OF TIRANA, Let us all gather together tomorrow, November 12, at 16:00 in “Skënderbej” Square to protest against this government, which is intertwined with the mafia and crime; this government that hides criminals, against corruption, and this government that stands over Azem Hajdari’s blood. What SHIK under Fatos Klosi, its newspaper “Shekulli,” and the government newspaper “ZP” had been warning about for days happened yesterday. Shkodër has been tense since midday the previous day, and the situation is out of control. In other words, yesterday the state attacked Shkodër, just as it has done on other occasions since June 29 of last year. For some time, agents of SHIK’s special warfare unit, embedded in the press as well, have been injecting fear and insecurity among people, thereby identifying their victim: Shkodër. They have declared that Shkodër will see unrest. Yesterday, following a protest by Shkodër’s anti-Communist association, SHIK agents and special forces from Tirana, riding in two vans with Durrës license plates, arrested three of the protest participants and members of the city’s anti-Communist associations. One of them is Azem Hajdari’s former bodyguard. In doing so, they revealed the cards in this deteriorating situation, creating a grim scene in the city, where gunshots and suffocation indoors replaced a normal day throughout yesterday afternoon. The Prefect of Shkodër denounced these arrests, calling them political; he also stated that the arrests had not been made by the city police, but by unidentified units that had arrived from Tirana. Hundreds of people refused to return to their homes without answers about the arrests and without the release of the detained protesters, arrested without any evidence or argument. Why are past events being brought back this year, when a series of political arrests similar to those of 1946 took place in this city? The same thing is being attempted now. Whenever the government has a problem, it unleashes its fury on the anti-Communist city, arresting its sons and creating conditions of terror and violence for its punitive squads, which lay waste to this city for a few hours in the month of February. The government’s aim this time is to leave Shkodër out of the referendum. The government is convinced that Shkodër will not cast a vote for the passport of Fatos Nano and Fatos Klosi, who have killed and burned Shkodër more than once—and Shkodër. That is precisely why they want to create an out-of-control situation, make further arrests and cause other incidents, so they can declare the city unfit to hold a vote. That is the ultimate goal. The scenario is designed not only for Shkodër, but also for other areas in the north, which they have deliberately left out of control, in the hands of Fatos Nano’s gangs. This is how victory in the referendum is being prepared. The state terrorists, starting at the head of the government and continuing at the head of the Socialist Party, have launched the battle for victory. They regard the constitution as a victory for their mafia, their gangs, the Alore of smuggling and the welding together of drug money and their people in the mafia state. That is why Shkodër was attacked yesterday—the city that has broken all ties with communism, with their gangs, with political and economic mafiosi. To the socialists, Shkodër is foreign, an obstacle, and in their logic it must be destroyed. Yesterday’s attack on Shkodër shows the impatience of Tirana’s rulers, the interwoven threads of the State Security, the Socialist Party’s gangs and their leader Fatos Nano, who want to eliminate every element that opposes them, every person who represents the resistance of Democrats and honest Albanians, every neighborhood or city, every association and every human community that seeks to destroy the Communist state as well. This moment calls for the cleansing of this party of the regime, this terrorist government, and all the terrorism and mafiosi who have taken over the Albanian state. What happened yesterday is the terror of the referendum. They are doing it for one reason: they are seeking victory in this referendum.

Today, 59 days since the murder of the December Leader Every day that passes since the murder of Azem Hajdari, the symbol of democracy and pluralism, proves the involvement of Fatos Nano’s government and his successor in the crime that shook the entire Albanian world.
