Any response to unilateral or provocative actions by the government or its bodies must be based only on the law and not on political conjunctures. In this sense, the Court of Cassation defends its constitutional role and considers unacceptable any attempt to involve the court in police and political practices. Regarding the accusations raised by the Minister of Public Order Perikli Teta[?] and the statements made about the court's position, it is made known that relations between the court and the police bodies can only be understood in accordance with constitutional provisions. Only in a dictatorship do the judiciary and the police cooperate in a way that violates the separation of powers. In a state governed by law, each one exercises its own function. Continuing the response, it is stated that the use of sensitive national and security issues for propaganda purposes harms the public interest.
