Here is the aid theft scheme

The thefts are uncovered with the dismissal of a customs chief. Minister of Information: NGOs are stealing too Seven spas of the minister [? ], 150 million $ theft per month, thousands placed under unit [? ], another 76 million 80 thousand $ public and camps. 36,548 missing [? ] The scheme of the blatant theft of the camps disappears, through which beneficiaries are found in the customs offices and throughout Albania [?]. At a time when government officials and Prime Minister [?] are talking about aid and solidarity, the figures speak of massive abuse. The first figures are shocking! 150 million $ in income from Kukës have been placed, with fewer than 20 thousand in the camps. Another 76 million 80 thousand $ public funds have been placed in unit [?] and the 36,548 missing [?] are in public indexes and missing camps [?]. The table below shows the declared distribution and the public camps missing signatures. Total: 116,198 placed versus 79,650 in families. In camps and public facilities: 36,548. Total figures: 150,000 arriving from Kukës, have been placed, over 76 thousand in family units and around 80 thousand in public facilities and camps. 36,548 remain unaccounted for. Kosovo Albanians, victims of Serbo-Macedonian deals

Albania must denounce Macedonia for the massacre of the fleeing refugees and not shamefully hide the facts American billionaire: "Through the peaceful exploitation of the two mines of Sharri and Trepça, Serbia earns 250 million USD a year" The miner from NBC, from the very center of that bombarding universe, explains the handing over of the Kosovo Albanians into the hands of the executioner with the same clarity and naivety as the American gift of freedom. If this were not about a new massacre against the unarmed Albanians, this sentence would sound exaggerated. But the massacre is new and clear. The Serbs, with the help of the Macedonians, have driven the Kosovo Albanians to the point where they had nowhere to flee and nowhere to return. If there is such a surrender, it is the bitterest example of how international diplomacy is leaving the Albanians in the hands of the Serbian regime. [?] Serbian forces, after expelling the Albanians from the towns of Kosovo, pushed them toward the Macedonian border, where they were left without protection, without food, and under violence. Instead of finding shelter, many of them faced blocking, being turned back, or disappearance. This constitutes a grave responsibility for the Macedonian authorities and for all those who remained silent. Macedonia has entered into a sordid deal with Belgrade, in which the victims are the Kosovo Albanians. By closing the border, preventing entry, or diverting the refugee crowds, it has become a party to a humanitarian crime. Albania must not remain silent, but must firmly denounce this behavior and must not cover the truth with diplomatic formulas. At a time when NATO is striking Serbian targets, it is intolerable for Kosovo Albanians to be used as bargaining chips in Serbo-Macedonian deals. If this continues, the humanitarian consequences will be tragic and responsibility will be widespread. ON PAGE 3

Two alternatives

By Fatos ARBNORI It has happened that the state has made certain decisions in difficult situations and has asked citizens for sacrifices. But the free citizen has the right to know why the sacrifice is being asked of him and what its purpose is. In our case, for the humanitarian operation in Albania, the government has spoken a lot about NATO, about aid, about receiving refugees, but very little about the price that the Albanian people are paying. Is this price being paid fairly? Is the burden being shared honestly? Or are there people profiting at the expense of the crisis? These are questions that need answers. The government cannot demand only obedience and hide the consequences. If there are two alternatives, one is the path of transparency, responsibility, and a state that serves the citizen. The other is the path of propaganda, abuse, and concealing the truth. Today Albania is facing these two alternatives. Citizens must know it, understand it, and choose. ON PAGE 8
