Russian media, like Milosevic's, exploits the Democratic League of Kosovo
The National Council of PDSH and the leadership of the parliamentary group of this party have discussed extensively and in detail the dramatic developments taking place around Kosovo, and in particular the role of its political and military structures. The PD statement strongly condemns the stance of the Albanian government, which according to it is maintaining an unclear position on the Kosovo issue and avoiding its responsibilities for organizing aid and protecting the border.
The PD notes that there is a lack of transparency in the distribution of aid and that state institutions are using it for propaganda. Official silence over the bombings and shelling in the northeastern areas of the country is also denounced.
In this context, the statement calls for the return of political and military factors to Kosovo and coordination with international allies.
