In fact, the video was recorded on the same day, and Fahri Balliu was in the former minister’s office just a few minutes before Ilir Meta entered. The camera was on, and the entire conversation between Fahri Balliu and the former minister was captured. The video is recorded for 7 minutes and is not the same length as the video recorded between Ilir Meta and Dritan Prifti. According to what can be clearly heard in this video, the publisher of the newspaper “55” Fahri Balliu went to meet the minister for important matters. In the first part of the conversation with the former minister, Fahri Balliu, offering the minister a bribe in the amount of hundreds of thousands of euros, asks him to let a Russian company enter a scrap tender, at one of the main refineries in the country. The conversation becomes friendly, for most of the time, he is speaking with his legs crossed, in order to clarify the benefits that the parties will have from this whole process, and even the tender should be conducted in such procedures that the Russians would emerge as winners... The newspaper “Shqiptarja.com” publishes today exclusively the photos of the publisher in the minister’s office, while it also has the video, which today is circulating in the hands of several individuals, including prosecutors and experts of the former deputy prime minister Ilir Meta.

Which suggests that this attitude should be viewed from the other side of the coin, Rama without power, no longer mayor of the country’s largest city.
