He evoked professional and courageous journalists, and criticized the militant nature of TVSH and some media outlets biased toward the ruling powers of the day. He said that he wants TVSH to be a national screen and journalists to report freely, beyond the corridors of power. This message is neither the first nor the last when it comes to media democracy. The EU, OSCE and Freedom House all cite the same assessments.
