Comment BY AUGUSTIN PALOKAJ Brussels instructions The report that Adem Grabovci gave Kadri Veseli about the visit, in the autumn of last year, to Brussels, is typical of the way politicians from the Balkans understand their visits to the EU, how they embellish them and create overly positive impressions, while forgetting the remarks. Thus in Kosovo, in Albania and Serbia, impressions are created that “things are going well,” but then they remain, as the saying goes, “with fingers in the mouth.” This week we will get proof; there is no candidate status for Albania, there is no date for Serbia, nor negotiations for the SAA with Kosovo, but “big words” will not be lacking from the EU However private the talks may have been among the 5 main officials of the PDK, the ruling party in Kosovo, which leaked from the recordings of the EULEX investigators; they have aroused great curiosity not only in Kosovo.
