THE DEBATE, WHAT IS YOUR OPINION?
IN ADDRESSING SOME Nos.
We see the solutions first and foremost within the enterprise
A few years ago, when we began preparations for building the pipe factory in Ferizaj, many people looked at this undertaking with reservation. However, since it seemed economically justified, we set to work with determination. Today, the factory has achieved enviable results and has become an important factor in the development of this area.
Along with this, in recent times some difficulties have also appeared, linked to supply, marketing, and the general economic conditions. Nevertheless, we believe that solutions should be sought first and foremost within the enterprise: in work discipline, in savings, in increasing productivity, and in better organization.
We are not inclined to look for culprits outside ourselves for everything. There are external factors too, of course, but a serious collective must first ask what it can do itself.
If every department and every worker carries out their duties responsibly, then results will not be lacking. We are convinced that with joint efforts we will overcome the difficulties and preserve the reputation this enterprise has earned.

AT THE THRESHOLD OF THE REPUBLIC
The intensification of the activity of LDK members and sympathizers throughout Kosovo has also brought onto our scene initiatives of various kinds, but with the powerful message of overall devotion. In these moral, psychological, and social circumstances, especially with the now proven maturity of the masses, we should not be surprised, for example, by this initiative: "100 families for 100 students", "100 doctors for 100 miners", and so on. And since we are understanding this effort correctly, as a shared human responsibility, we should expect from day to day other actions of a similar nature.
Although the urgent necessity of this popular organization, so forcefully expressed in the activity of "3 for 3", has its origins in the known circumstances, in the economic and social demands of the miners, it now involves a new nature, above all, the political dimension. We should therefore not be surprised by the fact that "3 for 3" continues to spread, but now as a comprehensive civic commitment to the realization of political aspirations. Nor should we, along this line, be surprised by initiatives such as "100 families for 100 students", "100 doctors for 100 miners", "100 workers for 100 miners", etc., because all of them and others, above all, take as their guiding thought the realization of the demands of the miners and the students, that is, the realization of Kosovo’s subjectivity and sovereignty. And in this context, the example of the miners and the students is turning into a model of a new political and civic consciousness.
It is not excessive to say that, while this general sensitization and broad solidarity are being created, we are also dealing with the beginning of the institutionalization of the political will of our people. If until yesterday resistance was often spontaneous, today it is taking on a more organized, more stable, and more conscious form. This is precisely where the great significance of these initiatives lies.
In this sense, the threshold of the republic is not only a political metaphor, but a real state of collective consciousness. From this point of view, civic action becomes not only an expression of need, but also of the political program of the time.

PËRMETI
Around me, with particular zeal, preparations are being made for the smooth running of the winter season. From 14 to 25 December of last year, the brigades of the communal and transport enterprises carried out a series of tasks. Roads and sidewalks have been cleaned, reserves of materials for coping with frost have been prepared, while the service units remain on continuous alert.
In NBP, besides the usual organization of work, special measures have also been taken for drainage of water and for the protection of agricultural crops from damage. The village youth has also come to help, and in recent days it has carried out volunteer actions.
For all this to produce the desired results, above all discipline, vigilance, and coordination of actions are required.

Youth - a basis for the full fulfillment of tasks
LUSHNJA
The first days of January have been characterized by a faster pace of work in the agricultural cooperatives and in the enterprises of the area. The main objective is the implementation of plans at the beginning of the year and the timely preparation of other work processes.
In some brigades a livelier activity has been noted, with the involvement of young people and greater attention to the norms of technological discipline. This is directly affecting the increase in output.
Likewise, in some sectors the need has emerged to strengthen control and individual responsibility, so that every task is carried out with quality and on time.
