In such cases people’s trust is lost, responsibility weakens, alien phenomena and unacceptable actions appear. To give account before the collective, before the basic organization, before the mass of workers is not only a work norm, but also a political and moral requirement. This is one of the most powerful means for correcting mistakes, overcoming shortcomings, and increasing the sense of responsibility. At every link of our social and economic life, it is required that the cadre be open, sincere, and accurate, and speak about his own work, the results and shortcomings, the causes and the measures that will be taken. Accountability must not be formal. It must be direct and effective.

How January tasks are being completed Transport workers in the lead — SHKODËR — Large numbers of livestock are being sent every day from the agricultural cooperatives of the Mirditë district to the Meat Enterprise, where preparations are under way at a high pace to meet January targets. These days, 50 transport workers and 100 laborers have come from the village to help. A very good turn has also been recorded in the shortage of transport vehicles, with every hour of the day being used for the movement of goods.
