The people are the masters of the country and the fate of socialism
Stronger ties with the collective
– From the slogan of university students, the theme of the times, the theme of the day –
Mati
We reach out and warmly shake hands. We try to get to know one another. I come from my side, from the enterprise. And then, as if awakened from a distant vision, we feel ourselves to be of the same blood, with the same concern, with the same desire to do what falls to us better.
We sit down and begin the conversation. Young people have always been ready for new ideas. They ask not for grand words, but for honest words. In our collective, as in many other collectives, there is a growing need for ties to become stronger, more direct, more sincere. That is also their slogan, the theme of the day, the theme of the times.
Concrete issues are raised: work, organization, quotas, pay, responsibility, the conduct of managers, listening to the voices of young people, the moral climate. All these are linked to a fundamental issue: respect for people and the conviction that the people are the masters of the country and the destiny of socialism.
In this spirit, the conversation takes an open course. People speak by name, with examples, with demands. Everywhere the same need stands out: not to separate ourselves from the collective, not to lose our connection with the people. Only in this way does the word become a force and duty acquire living meaning.
We are convinced that this is the path that must be followed. It requires more responsibility, more sincerity, more work with people. And this is not only a call of the day, but a necessary condition for strengthening socialism.

Sharp eye, good friendship
TOMOR DINO, KORÇË
Soon enough, the daily paths of work lead us every day through the cooperative brigades. There we meet calm people, diligent workers, women who carry the main burden of many production processes. In conversations with them, one thought comes through clearly: work requires a sharp eye, requires care, requires love for what is being done.
These women, who face no small number of difficulties, are a great support for the collective. They know the land, they know the rhythm of the seasons, and they know people too. And precisely here lies one of the best forms of friendship: understanding at work, mutual help, and the demand for quality.
In the end, the conviction remains that where there is responsibility and heart, there is also a result. That is what the sharp eye of the working person sees.

The Party’s credo must be our constant guiding principle. The Party is the leading force; the present and the future are linked to it, not only of socialism, but also of the freedom and independence of the homeland.

WORLD BANK CONDITIONAL LOANS
News from East Germany.
They are in the world’s banks wherever they may be, in bank vaults or in diplomats’ suitcases, billions and billions of dollars and marks which, because of international monetary policy, are circulating with difficulty.
The World Bank, too, is acting together with them and with international financial organizations, issuing conditional loans. These loans are discussed at length in the foreign press, and many examples are given of the countries that have received them.
They are conditioned on a range of economic and political obligations, with restrictive measures and strict control over their use. This has opened a broad debate in international public opinion.
